A place to call your own, with a key to your own front door, remote access control to the house for visitors and deliveries but with the added extra of companionship and home-cooked meals available every day!
Every room is rented unfurnished for you to be able to make it your own. Rooms are re-decorated before welcoming each new tenant and we aim to accommodate personal preferences as far as possible. The rooms at Austenmead are all unique and this is reflected in the rental charges, with fees ranging from £1,600 to £2,000 pcm. All food and bills are included in the charges; only telephone charges are up to you to arrange and pay. There is excellent Wi-Fi, laundry and cleaning facilities available, with some limited cleaning and washing offered by our in-house housekeeper in addition to her management of all communal areas.
Potential residents are welcome to join the residents for a lunch, or even come for a short stay (for a small fee). Why not give us a try?
